Agreement to these terms
By using firstcallperformance.com, our store, or our text messaging program, you agree to these terms. If you’re using the site or signing up an athlete on their behalf, you’re confirming you have the authority to do so — as the athlete’s parent or legal guardian, if the athlete is under 18.
What this site is
This website describes FirstCall Performance Medicine’s physician-led performance program, testing, and nutrition services, and lets you request information, enroll, or purchase supplements we recommend. Actual clinical care — visits, testing, and protocols — is delivered through our practice and the Performance Portal app, not through this marketing site itself. Our Telehealth Policy covers the terms of virtual consultations specifically.
Eligibility and minors
Our program serves athletes roughly 14 to 18 years old. If you’re under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms, complete enrollment, and authorize any purchase on your behalf. Anyone independently purchasing from our store or entering their own contact information must be 18 or older, or acting with the authority of a parent or guardian.
Medical disclaimer
Content on this website is educational and general in nature. It is not medical advice, and browsing this site does not create a doctor-patient relationship — that relationship begins only with an actual visit or consultation with one of our physicians. Every FirstCall protocol is reviewed and signed by a physician before it reaches an athlete, but general content here should not replace the judgment of your own physician for your specific situation.
This site is not for medical emergencies. If you or your athlete are experiencing a life-threatening condition, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Results and testimonials
Any results, testimonials, or before/after examples shown on this site — including Parker Petersen’s, who is Dr. Petersen’s son — are that individual’s own results and are not typical or guaranteed. Individual results vary based on the athlete, adherence, and many factors outside our control.
Supplements
FirstCall sells the supplements it recommends and may earn from those sales. Statements about supplements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Orders and payment
Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged; we may update pricing at any time going forward. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. If you have a question about an order — a charge, a shipment, or a change you need to make — contact us and we’ll work with you directly.
Text messaging and other communications
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, that program is governed by the terms described in our Privacy Policy, including message frequency, rates, and how to opt out by replying STOP. Consent to text messages or marketing email is never required to purchase from us or receive care.
Intellectual property
The FirstCall Performance Medicine name and mark, and the content, protocols, and materials on this site, belong to FirstCall Performance Medicine, PLLC unless otherwise noted. You may view and share this site for personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy or republish our protocols or materials without our permission.
Third-party links and services
This site links to and integrates with third-party services — including our payment processor, lab ordering partner (Fullscript/Journeys), and messaging platform. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, FirstCall Performance Medicine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for the clinical care we actually provide, which is governed by our professional and legal obligations as physicians, not by this website disclaimer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these terms as our website and services change. The effective date above reflects the most recent update. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
