Privacy Policy
Effective September 15, 2026 · FirstCall Performance Medicine, PLLC
Scope of this policy
This policy covers information collected through this website — firstcallperformance.com — including our contact forms, chat widget, store, and text messaging program. It does not cover the medical record we keep for enrolled patients. Your protected health information — visit notes, lab results, and clinical communications — is governed separately by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, available from our practice on request or from privacy@firstcallperformance.com.
Information we collect
When you contact us, request information, or enroll in a program, we collect what you give us directly — name, email address, phone number, your athlete’s basic details, and the content of any message you send. If you complete a purchase in our store, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. If you enroll in the Performance Portal, the app collects the intake, testing, and nutrition information described at enrollment, handled under our clinical privacy practices rather than this website policy.
Like most websites, we also collect limited technical information automatically — browser type, pages visited, and general location inferred from IP address — through standard analytics tools.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule or fulfill services, process orders, and, where you’ve agreed to it, send you program updates or promotional messages. We use technical/analytics data only in aggregate, to understand how the site is used and to keep it working correctly. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS) communications
If you provide your mobile number through our website chat widget or another opt-in form and agree to receive text messages, we may send you appointment reminders, program and testing updates, and marketing or promotional messages about FirstCall Performance Medicine.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get help by replying HELP or contacting us at privacy@firstcallperformance.com.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent collected through this website with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Our messages are sent through our messaging platform provider, which processes messages on our behalf and does not use your number for its own purposes.
Email communications
Any marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing email does not affect transactional messages related to an appointment, order, or your account.
Cookies and the chat widget
This site uses a website chat widget provided by GoHighLevel/LeadConnector to answer questions and collect text-messaging opt-in. That provider may use cookies or similar technology to operate the widget. We also use standard analytics cookies to understand site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site function.
Other service providers
We work with a small number of vendors to run the practice and this website: Stripe for payment processing, Fullscript/Journeys for lab ordering, our messaging platform for text and chat, and device partners (such as Withings, VALD, and Styku) for athletes enrolled in the Performance Portal. Each handles the information you share with them under their own privacy terms, and we share only what’s needed for them to provide that specific service.
Children and minors
FirstCall Performance Medicine serves athletes roughly 14 to 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 through this website. Enrollment, consent, and any account for an athlete under 18 are handled through a parent or legal guardian, consistent with our in-app consent process.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information appropriately for what it is.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages (reply STOP) or marketing email (unsubscribe link) at any time. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to privacy@firstcallperformance.com — we’ll respond and honor requests where we’re able to, consistent with our recordkeeping obligations as a medical practice.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website and services change. The effective date above reflects the most recent update; material changes affecting text messaging or marketing use will be reflected here.
